Iconic designs by Graziela

These cheeky fabric designs by Graziela are brilliant – they were originally launched in the 1970s and still look fabulous today. Nina Nägel, co-founded www.byGraziela.com and has breathed new life into her mother’s iconic designs. The ‘1,2,3’ and the ‘A,B,C’ patterns were a top hit in Germany and that is the design that Nina has chosen to relaunch with, but there are others in the pipeline too. Vote for your favorite pattern in the monthly draw to win a single duvet set. I’m torn between the ‘hearts’ and ‘lullaby’ designs…. mmm… I think the PJs are so fun too.

Kids Modern

A big thanks to Kids Modern, we had a fun and fruitful day at the design show at Dulwich College yesterday.

There were some really innovative designs, especially the punch’n'cuddle dolls, it was brilliant watching the little ones rush in and immediately pounce on this mad weeble like object (www.punchncuddle.com). We were really impressed with the ‘billy rocker’ stall too, partly because he was pretty much running a shop come nursery but mainly because of the brilliant product. A simple flat pack three piece rocking horse, constructed of cardboard, so you can create your own rocking horse, monster, scribble, anything goes and all for £28 (www.mr-kaliski.com). We bought one for little Wilf, though he’ll probably just want to eat it at the moment.

Lovely Lymington

Hicks is a fabulous lifestyle shop in the heart of picturesque Lymington. They have a wonderful range of homeware and great pieces for women and children, such as kimonos, bags, slippers and kidswear plus they now stock our prints too. Check it out if you’re ever in the sunny seaside town.

Lift off

The final countdown seemed to go on for ages, but at last we are up and on our way… and it feels good. A big thanks to everyone for their help, expecially Jonathan who kept us on the straight and narrow. Lizzie, Poppy, Wilf and Margaret thanks too for your time and patience.

We even nipped out for some bubbly – any excuse.
