£150 Instagram giveaway with Emma Lacey

As part of small business Saturday, we've teamed up with Emma Lacey ceramics for a £150 Instagram giveaway. Emma's exquisite work is hand thrown, glazed and fired in her North London Studio. Like us she's a small business balancing family life with making and selling her work.

Here you can see her Everyday stoneware collection which is finished with beautiful, tactile satin matt glazes. Each piece is dented while the clay is still soft giving a sensual aesthetic and a form that is ergonomic to use. Look at these gems..

Her Rainbow range (below) is hand thrown using a fine stoneware clay.  Once biscuit fired the pieces are twice dipped using a satin matt and glossy glaze resulting in the contrasting texture of the two glazes. Each piece is truly unique due to the reactions of the glaze in the kiln. Graceful, refined, tactile mmm... gutted we can't enter the competition really, but good luck to you!
